>What To Expect When You Call Us Like every other company out there, we can't offer you much in the way of value if we don't know you or your needs. To understand your needs, we normally work with you in three stages. At the end of each stage we ask you to make a 'go, no-go' decision as to whether to move forward to the next phase or not. Generally speaking, the stages are as follows: Phase One: Executive level analysis and evaluation of your needs; presentation of preliminary results and solutions for you to consider. Fee for Phase One - $0
Phase Two:
Detailed design of proposed solution. Includes presentation of all
elements, e.g. Web 2.0 platform design, website designs, underlying IT & IS
Web road map, project plans,
pricing, action items, feature-function-benefits of solution, and time for
implementation. Fee for Phase Two - $0
Phase Three: After further refinement based on your input, implementation of final design. Fee for Phase Three - Varies but quoted as part of final proposal in Phase Two.

>Why is Web pricing all over the map? Let's take an example: what does it cost to build a website these days? Assuming a simple three or four page site, if your nephew in college does it, perhaps a case of beer. If you hire a local guy that comes with good referrals from friends, maybe as much as $2,000. If you hire a one man shop that's licensed with the state and collects and pays taxes, maybe $3,000 - $7,000. A company with a staff of 5 or more who builds websites for a living will charge you $8,000 - $12,000. And a professional website design house, one with internal art experts and copy writers but no software application development people, will charge you $15,000 - $22,000. Get the point? Website pricing is based on who you hire, what their skills are, how much overhead they have, how much work they have to do to build your site, and all the rest. Sound familiar? I'll bet your business runs that way too. So, there's a difference in web pricing, but what about quality, is there a difference there too? You bet there is. Your nephew's site won't be optimized for the web, will likely load slowly, will have dead links, won't be written with consistent code, probably won't validate, will fail to register with search engines, will have broken eMail links and definitely won't have researched content written so that it reads properly and attracts customers. As for the others, who knows. Do you want to take that chance? Our pricing? If you are a small struggling company just starting out, we want your business as badly as we want the big guy's business, and if your site is only a couple of pages in size we won't charge you more than the guy down the street who builds sites in his bedroom. Best of all, we'll give you the same service and apply the same expertise that we use when we do projects for the big guys. But if you are a big guy, say, the largest banking chain in Asia, and your needs run to fully interactive sites with database integration with your corporate back end, Leveraged Platforms, social networking sites, a couple of dozen product web sites, a corporate web site, and maybe a few thousand web pages among them... all backed by market stimulation capabilities, and a customer facing front end too, then you'll likely be paying more. A lot more. In the hundreds of thousands, if not millions. How do you know how much it will cost? If you're the little guy down the street call us. If you're the big guy in Asia, call us too. No matter who you are, we'll dispatch a Senior Executives to meet with you and put a proposal together for your consideration.

>Projects We Are Working On In addition to building Web 2.0 solutions for clients, we also build customer facing platforms for our own benefit. For the most part, those we build for our own use are aimed at revenue generation from on-line advertising. If you were to see one, you wouldn't know it came from us. It would look like any other third party website... to most viewers, just another one of the many trying to offer web users an interesting experience. However, if you looked closely, you would see some interesting things: - That the site was designed to provide value to users in a manner that attracted an ever increasing number of unique visitor page hits per day. - That the site anticipated user needs and acted without prompting to meet those needs. - That the site delivered 'applied value' to each user. - That users often recommended the site to friends and associates. Want to see some of the sites we've built, or the things we're working on? - Talk To Us - All of our solutions, both those we make for ourselves and those we create for others, are available in versions designed to meet the needs of corporations, media managers, sales experts, individual users, social groups and more.
